How can I add a note to a set of contacts?

Consider composing an email message > place the details of the note in the body of the email > below the message details paste the list of email addresses for all contacts > address the message to your special workgroup email address > Send. The note will then appear as a linked email activity on each contact record mentioned in the email list provided in your message.

To quickly grab the email addresses > list the contact records in Solve > click Data (top-right) > Export this list (CSV). You can then hop into the exported spreadsheet to quickly copy the list of email addresses and paste them into the bottom of your email message.
