How can I drag and drop activities to a new position on a large page?

Browsers don’t support dragging and scrolling behavior (i.e. cause the window to scroll, move, reposition when you move the mouse), so we added a custom feature to do just that. You can drag and scroll the window if you are somewhat careful about where you drag-and-hold to. The “spot” is near the top and bottom of the activities scroll pane and is about a finger-width high.
