Please try the following which has worked in all previous cases where this was reported.
Under Settings > Safari …
iOS version 9
- Block Cookies > “Allow from Websites I Visit”
- Clear History and Website Data (This option is often the solution)
- Advanced > JavaScript “On”
- Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
- Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.
iOS version 7
- Block Cookies > “From third parties and advertisers”
- Clear Cookies and Data (This option is often the solution)
- Advanced > JavaScript “On”
- Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
- Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.
iOS below version 7
- Private browsing “Off”
- Accept cookies “From visited” (This option is often the solution)
- Clear Cookies and Data
- Javascript “On”
- Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
- Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.
Additionally clients can install and try Google Chrome on their iOS device.
