If you see a red “Communications Error” message at the bottom of the window and your Internet connection is fine, please note that if you login to a different Solve account or open a published blog in a different browser tab or window it will invalidate your initial session and can trigger this type of error. You can only be logged into one Solve account at a time. If you need to run multiple sessions at the same time, you can use different browsers - one session per browser.
