What do the ‘Ignored Email’ or ‘Bounced Email’ statuses mean in Scheduled Emails?

Emails are labelled as Ignored if there is no email address or an invalid email address on the record (so the To field is not correctly populated). It could also be because you have yet to set up an email identity in Webmail (since there is none set up, the From field is empty).

Emails are labelled as Bounced if the email is bounced back from the recipient’s server and is undelivered. It is a status from Sendgrid (our outgoing mail server) indicating that the recipient server did not accept delivery.
