Why is the 'Email Log in Info' button greyed out?

The ‘Email Login Info’ button is available to send temporary system generated passwords to users. If the user’s password has been set by the admin or the user themselves, the admin can change the password at Solve menu > Modify User Accounts > Change Password then share the details with the user.

Any passwords generated by the admin or the user themselves cannot be emailed simply because Solve doesn’t know it. The system encodes the Solve password using one-way encryption (64 byte hash function) which cannot be decoded.
